I missed menu plan Monday last week! Oops! We got some great deals at the farmers' market this week, so our meals this week will focus on delicious fresh veggies. I love that summer gives us opportunities to incorporate such a variety of freshness into our diets. Yum! As always, check out Org Junkie's website for more plans and planners!
Monday: Quinoa and Black Bean Salad
Tuesday: Zucchini and Corn Quesadillas
Wednesday: Stir fry or curry of random veggies, served over jasmine rice
Thursday: Amy's canned soup and grilled cheese
Friday: Dinner out - gotta take a break from cooking sometime!
Saturday: Lasagna Rolls
Sunday: Leftovers - because no one wants to cook on Sunday!

Yum! Great menu! The quesadillas sound especially delish!
Planning is important in everything we do it gives us direction to achieve any objective, I feel planning should start childhood and as parent we are responsible to plan kids eating habits ...One of the best ways to improve children’s health is to develop a routine. Children do better with a consistent structure. When children know what to expect, they won’t fight it. Eating together regularly can also be a wonderful source of family time, a way of slowing down and keeping a family in contact during a hectic week. I developed a good eating habits in my kids through following one of the programs on "feeding your kids".For more info. http://www.habitchanger.com/retail/feedingyourkids/
